Rugby team Stade Toulousain officially joins the NFT market in partnership with Arianee. Her debut collection includes 18,754 digital assets.
Surprisingly, the club distributes the NFTs completely free of charge. The subscribed members will receive the collectibles first. In the meantime, the remaining NFTs will be available via Arianee QR technology.

How to get a Stade Toulousain NFT?
This week, popular rugby team Stade Toulousain announced their first NFT collection. There will be 18,754 digital assets available – the same number as the seats at Ernest Wallon Stadium.
Accordingly, subscribed club members will be the first to receive an NFT. But other collectors can also acquire digital value at the Biarritz Olympique reception. All you have to do is scan a QR code distributed by the Arianee platform. However, the team will also be offering QR codes during the final game of the season on June 5th.
Holders of these NFTs gain access to the Stade Toulousain premium NFT collection. This future drop will consist of 1,907 digital assets – the same number as when the club was founded.
Of course, every premium NFT brings valuable benefits to its owner. For example, you get an individual scarf and access to an exclusive community. In addition, NFT holders have a chance to win VIP video conferences with Stade Toulousain players and tickets to upcoming matches.

Why did the rugby team team up with Arianee for NFTs?
Stade Toulousain wants to offer unique experiences to its more than 10 million fans. The NFT collection can bring together fans from all over the world and create a valuable community.
Arianee is now an innovative platform that brings valuable brands to the Web3 world. Founded in 2018, the company is among the first to specialize in blockchain technology solutions. Hence the partnership with Stade Toulousain came “naturally”, as confirmed by CEO Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel:
“So the leadership and strength of the Stade Toulousain brand in world rugby and sport more broadly made this collaboration with NFT quite natural. Our turnkey solutions and the support from Horrea enabled us to implement this first foray into web3 very quickly. ”
In summary, this collaboration will open new doors in the sports NFT niche. Stade Toulousain is the most successful French rugby club to date.
“It is in the nature of Stade Toulousain to be a pioneer and to pave the way.” says the President of Stade Toulousain, Didier Lacroix. “That’s why we thought of a complete system that is accessible to everyone and offers a very high added value for our supporters.”
Of course, Stade Toulousain is not the first rugby club in the world to use NFTs. In fact, Rugby League World Club launched their own collectibles back in November 2021.
