Last Saturday, RTFKT Studios CTO Samuel Cardillo confirmed that the team is building on top of NFT Worlds. To be clear, the news came from one of his tweets in response to Twitter user @NFTask wanting to know when the company will be building on NFT Worlds.
Apparently few managed to notice Samuel’s tweet on a quiet Saturday last week. At the time of writing, RTFKT Studios has not yet made any official announcement. But we have no doubt that the words will soon spread like wildfire.

RTFKT Studios x NFT Worlds: What we know so far
To be honest, details are scarce at the moment. According to Samuel in his tweet, it seems that RTFKT Studios have already built a world on top of NFT Worlds. The only thing is that the company hasn’t announced it publicly. So there are no insights or hints as to how the RTFKT metaverse will work in NFT Worlds.
But guess what? A hawk-eyed Twitter user @SuperUnsexy found a subtle clue to confirm the announcement. Apparently, he spotted what appeared to be Nike’s Swoosh logos appearing on the t-shirt of one of NFT Worlds’ Genesis avatars, as seen above. For those who don’t know, RTFKT Studios has been owned by Nike since last December.
A booming metaverse for everyone
With the Daily user growth is increasing at NFT Worlds, it would come as no surprise to see popular Web3 companies like RTFKT Studios rushing to build on their platform. In fact, according to the latest NFT Worlds roadmap, there will be one P2E faucet to incentivize developers in all WORLDS soon. WWith a diverse portfolio of NFT drops, we can’t wait for RTFKT Studios to finally announce their entry into the NFT worlds!
