This month international DJ and producer Parov Stelar confirmed his NFT debut in partnership with Flowtys. Together, the two will launch the first auto-generated music and video NFT collection.
The 10,000 collectibles will be an adorable combination of blockchain technology, vintage cartoon visuals, and unique music. The collection launches on April 23rd, so let’s see what we know so far!
Parov Stelar x Flowtys: a revolutionary drop
The NFT collection “Moonlight Love Affair” will contain 10,000 algorithmically generated songs. From drums to keyboards to bass and vocals, every sound was carefully crafted by Parov Stelar himself. Once you’ve coined your NFT, a unique algorithm generates a song based on the sounds of the musicians. Surprisingly, the NFT songs also include some glimpses of Parov Stelar’s new album entitled Moonlight Love Affair.
Meanwhile, the songs are accompanied by Flowtys’ iconic cartoon-style graphics. Each character includes hand-drawn traits and unique effects.
These elements only increase the rarity of each digital asset as follows:
- Super Rare NFTs (less than 1%) including a double invite to Parov Stelar’s show;
- 13 Legendary NFTs a double invitation to Parov Stelar’s show and a VIP meet and greet with the artist.
Specifically, both invitations that accompany each NFT are reset every 12 months. Therefore, a single digital asset can grant yearly access to the DJ’s live performances!
Additionally, the rarest NFT collectibles will include Parov Stelar’s own voice and other special sounds. Of course, you can use the NFT’s audio files to create your own video content, remixes, or other types of personal use.
The Moonlight Love Affair NFT collection will be released on April 23 at 18:00 CET. In the meantime, the songs will be released as a music release on special services on April 29th.
What you should know about Flowtys
At this moment, Flowtys is among the latest potential blue-chip NFT collections. Its debut drop consists of 10,000 programmatically generated digital characters built on top of the Ethereum blockchain. In terms of design, the collectibles feature a 1920s cartoon style. Overall, the NFTs pay homage to the original, iconic cartoons we all grew up with: Mickey Mouse, Snow White, or Pinocchio.
So it’s no wonder Flowtys has become increasingly popular. Some of the most famous NFT holders include DJ Marshmello, Elijah Wood, and even Keith A. Grossman, TIME President.
In summary, Flowtys’ collaboration with Parov Stelar is likely to increase the overall NFT value. Additionally, the team’s involvement in the drop of The Moonlight Love Affair will go down in history for its innovation.
