CyberKongZ and The Sandbox are teaming up for a brand new “VoxEdit Contest” for their fans to enter. The rewards in the “True King of the Meta Jungle” competition are 15,000 SAND, and CyberKongZ rewards will be split among the top entries.
CyberKongZ x The Sandbox Contest
The popular CyberKongZ NFT Collection is partnering with The Sandbox, one of the Metaverse industry leaders, to host a new edit contest for their fans, complete with prizes for the best submissions.
Fans were asked to create an asset inspired by the CyberKongz universe without creating their own version of a Kongz. For clarity, the shape of the asset should be in GIF format.
The CyberKongZ and The Sandbox contest starts tomorrow, June 6th, and submissions close on June 19th. Judging and voting will take place between June 20th and July 10th. The results will then be announced on July 16th.
Upon completion, applicants should tweet the GIF mentioning it @VoxEdit and @TheSandboxGame and including the hashtag #VoxEditWeekly in the tweet.
Users should submit their final edit through a Google form found here.
Also, the VoxEdit Academy was created for those who need assistance in creating their asset. Also, The Sandbox recommends that you join their Discord as well.
There are many guidelines for this particular competition. These include, for example, that you are over 18 years old, have an original submission and the submission must be made using VoxEdit. You can also see a full document outlining them here.
The prices
In addition, there is a large prize pool for the top 10 entrants in this CyberKongz x The Sandbox competition. A total of 15,000 SAND (worth $19.00), $6,500 BANANA (worth $12,000) and 3 VX CyberKongz (worth 0.72 ETH Floor each) will be split among these winners.
A full breakdown of pricing is below:
- 1st place: 6,000 SAND + 1 VX CyberKong + $3,000 BANANA
- 2nd place: 3,500 SAND + 1 VX CyberKong + 2000 $BANANA
- 3rd place: 2,000 SAND + 1 VX CyberKong + $1,000 BANANA
- 4th Place: 500 SAND + $400 BANANA
- 5th to 10th place: everyone gets 500 SAND + $100 BANANA
