Soccer legend Dani Alves will launch a luxury NFT watch with Backes and Strauss at an event at the MetaTerrace Lounge in Dubai on June 28th. Also, the event is organized in cooperation with ColossalBit from Dubai. The NFTs can also be accompanied by a physical version of clocks and fractional NFTs will be made possible.

Brazilian footballer Dani Alves will visit Dubai to launch his NFT watch project in collaboration with watchmaker Backes and Strauss, Metaverse consultant ColossalBit and nightclub MetaTerrace.
Each of the watch variants will pay tribute to Alves’ 43 trophies won over the course of his illustrious career, which has seen him at Barcelona, Juventus, PSG, Sao Paulo and the Brazilian national team, among others.
The Alves Trophy NFT Watch Collection is sold in three rarities: Premium, Fractional, and Regular NFTs. The bounty is 1/1 and comes with physical watch ownership and other benefits.
Fractional NFT will see five of the 43 watches sold. There are 750 of them, and owners will own a small piece of each watch, as well as some other perks. Finally, a total of 1,482 normal NFTs are made available and offer their own benefits. More details about the watches and their respective benefits can be found here.
The record-breaking career of Dani Alves
Dani Alves is the most successful player in football and, with 46 senior titles, tops a huge list of names for that title. His honors include La Liga titles, Champions League, Serie A, Ligue 1, Copa America and an Olympic gold medal.
A right-back, Alves has spent much of his career in Spain, with Sevilla and Barcelona, the teams he is best known for. In between, however, he has seen stints at Juventus, Paris Saint Germain and Sao Paulo. Alves returned to the Camp Nou last year. He has also won 122 senior caps with his native country, Brazil.
